  2. We will reply through that channel and help you complete registration.
  3. Registration happens on U9's own website, and the account is managed by that platform.
Platform registration steps (once the link is set up)
  1. Open the dedicated U9 / U9Play registration link this site will provide and make sure you are on the player registration page. Do not enter player details in the “Agents Only” login box.
  2. Check the Referrer Code, create your user ID, and set and confirm a login password in the format the page asks for.
  3. Enter your real name, country / region, currency and your own phone number as the page requires, choosing only options that actually apply to you.
  4. Choose a verification method the page offers, request an OTP and enter it on the platform page. Only follow the OTPQ download instructions if the page really asks for OTPQ.
  5. Check your details, read the agreement and submit, then log in with the player app or H5 page.
  6. If the user ID is taken, the phone number is already registered or verification fails, first check whether you already have an account, then contact platform support. Do not keep creating new accounts.
