This site provides platform information, registration guidance and product supply enquiries; it does not operate the listed gaming platforms. It does not provide one account for logging into the platforms, runs no shared game wallet, holds no funds, and never collects platform passwords or OTPs.

Licensing

This site has not published any licensing of its own. Licences held by the listed platforms and suppliers belong to them, not to this site.

How enquiry details are used

We collect the name, contact details, subject and description you choose to submit, and use them to reply to and handle your enquiry. We never collect platform passwords or OTPs, so please do not enter them or any payment details. Enquiries are stored in the site database and only authorised administrators can access them.

Retention and corrections

Handled enquiries are kept for 180 days for follow-up; open ones are kept until they are resolved. You can ask us to correct or delete your details through the published contacts, or by quoting your enquiry number in a new enquiry.

Sessions and security records

The site uses the form security tokens and administrator session cookies it needs, and no advertising trackers. Public forms use short-term anti-abuse counters, and the admin area keeps the login security records it needs. Submitting an enquiry does not send any email or chat message automatically.

Independent platforms and external sites

A registration link or QR code takes you to that platform's own website. Each platform has its own account system and manages its accounts, funds, game rules and user data; there is no login to them from here. External sites such as official result pages are likewise run by their operators.
