Turnover calculation
Eligibility is based on valid turnover only, with no additional net-loss or deposit requirement. Use platform-verified valid turnover for the previous day, from the eligible games listed here. Apply the highest achieved tier; bonuses do not stack.
Claim limits
One claim per day. If several eligible games are played on the same day, only the game with the highest valid turnover is counted, using that game’s bonus group. Turnover from different games cannot be combined.
Assessment and claims
Previous-day turnover is assessed after 5 PM the following day (Malaysia time, UTC+8). If qualified, privately contact our customer service with your platform account, game, date and turnover record. Customer service verifies eligibility and handles the claim.
