How does membership here differ from a platform player account?
Membership here is for our member services, activities and agent applications. External game platforms have separate player accounts. Signing in here neither creates those accounts nor replaces their identity checks.
What if password recovery or phone verification fails?
Use this site's reset or verification page and its currently enabled method. If self-service is unavailable, verify account ownership through published support channels. Support will not ask for your original password or OTP.
